I am not an expert on bullet trains but the little knowledge I have tells me that a bullet train CANNOT run or a standard gauge railway (sgr). Secondly, the energy requirements is too high for tanzania to afford (unless mufunge viwanda zenu zote na kuelekeza umeme yenu yote kwa bullet train).
