Museveni just took advantage of the politics of Kenya of that time to attack Migingo when the people from that region were in opposition of the government since he knew Kibaki would be reluctant to retaliate. Since Ruto took over, Ugandan soldiers were kicked out, Mr. Amarii the Liker. Again, the action should come from the talker, not from me. If the Ugandan president thinks he can take over Kenya, then the onus is on him to act, not on me.

Every state has exclusive authority over its land, airspace, and internal waters within its recognized borders(maritime boundaries).
