WHen Tanzania fails it's Kenya that will suffer because we will have to accommodate more and more refugees from Tanzania. Actually a conflict in Tanzania or Kenya has higher chances to spilling over either way.

3. Competition and Efficiency
Tanzania and Uganda keeps Kenya in toes, if you slide we will relax hence no further growth.
