The GDP of those countries (4)combined is $62 Billion!! that says a lot..and its only $140 B when Tanzania is included..

Dont you feel ashamed arranging all these data and sending it to someone who has less data than you but more wealthier than you? i mean imagine telling a ugandans that kenya has millions but you only own 10 bob out of the millions? dont u feel ashamed?
