Imagine all match officials attending to matches in Dar is slum, Kampala, Zanzibar and Nairobi stayed in Nairobi's Glee Hotel. It served as the command center for all officials operating in the tournament. From this location, officials would report back after assignments in various tournament locations in Uganda, Tanzania, and Zanzibar.
