Addis Ababa is the biggest threat to Nairobi has far as tall buildings are concerned. Those people are not joking around, the rate at which Nairobi is building skyscrapers is the same speed Addis Ababa is also building their skyscrapers.

Those people are building sio mchezo, but what I've noticed is that when it comes to residential/mixed used luxury 20 to 30+ floors buildings (proposed, planned, under construction, topped out), no doubt Nairobi flawlessly dominates, but when it comes to commercial buildings (proposed na under construction)30 to 40+ floors, my friend hapo napatia Addis ababa kofia yake.

For Dar naye constrution boom yake ilisha kufa, na hata boom yenyewe ilikua forced and fake, kwasababu they were not constructing becuse of demand ama on a buissness lense of view. soon Dar itakuja kanyagwa na kigali na kampala to, na watabaki wameshikilia mkia ikifika kwa topic ya highrise buildings.
