Nikisema Mtanzania ni mtu mpumbavu mnanionea chuki, ona sasa, lipumbavu halijui kwao budget deficit ni lazima sana🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.,
Last year's Tanzanian budget, vis a vis revenue.., 🤣🤣🤣.., 30% deficit!!!! This year ndio itakua kubwa coz of expansion of the budget, with small revenue 🤣🤣🤣

80% of all cargo that passes through Dar port ends up in Tanzania.,. hizo nchi umetaja kwa pamoja their impact to your port is very minimal, some have other options, and are poor economically., ndio maana SGR yenu is automatically a white elephant, as most or majority of goods ends and others starts in/from Dar..,
Numbers never lie., some of the cargo in Mombasa port are for Tanzanians, South Sudanese, Eastern DRC, Rwanda na Burundi., not everything for Burundi n Rwanda passes through Dar Port kilaza.., Wacha kujiliwaza na hadithi za vijiweni.,

Anyway ingependeza ungetupa details za development expenditure tulinganishe na ya tz, maana tunachojua half of the budget ni kulipa mkopo wakat tZ a quarter of the budget ni kulipa mkopo
