So why is Bongo standards so low . Parlament is serious business not like a tribal council of elders where you are free to discuss uchawi and evil spirits … Please enlighten me how bills are pased in Dodoma ..

Nikisema Mtanzania ni mtu mpumbavu mnanionea chuki, ona sasa, lipumbavu halijui kwao budget deficit ni lazima sana🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.,
Last year's Tanzanian budget, vis a vis revenue.., 🤣🤣🤣.., 30% deficit!!!! This year ndio itakua kubwa coz of expansion of the budget, with small revenue 🤣🤣🤣
