You still didnt answer the question . Wacha kuhepa . Did you know unless you fake documents and not caught, You must hold a degree to serve in Kenyan parliament or any other government office. So why is Bongo standards so low . Parlament is serious business not like a tribal council of elders where you are free to discuss uchawi and evil spirits … Please enlighten me how bills are pased in Dodoma ..
