First of all, what you call 'luxury' in Dar is below average in Nairobi.
Dar level of luxury is sprinkled all over Kisumu, Nakuru, and numerous coastal tourist towns.

This is the true meaning of luxury. Outside South Africa, only Nairobi has this kind of luxurious residential apartment properties in all of sub-Saharan Africa.
