The only thing I don't like about this project is the concept of selling the houses rather than renting them. Remember many people begin life in slums then rise later in life and move to better housing. If someone rises in life, he should move out and leave the house for one who can't afford that kind of housing. Here we will have cases of people living in South B but owning an affordable housing unit in Kibera and renting it out at more expensive rates. All in all, it's a breath of fresh air seeing all those towers replacing the shacks.
