Tanzanian affordability is many times a hoax. You guys spend so much time haggling over how affordable your country is yet on ground, from my experience, there isn't much difference with Kenya.

Your constant throwing around of the word maskini when Tanzanians are even poorer is just stupid.

The problem with you people is, you'll start an argument, then someone decides to engage you in a factual step by step manner, all of a sudden you jump in with the usual Tanzanian rhetoric of nchi yenu Iko uncivilized, ooh ukabila, ooh Kibera because you know if you choose to engage in a civilized manner yourself, you'll lose. No problem. It doesn't hurt me to say Kenya ni maskini. In fact on a global scale, no country in Africa is rich. It's just stupid when short man keeps insulting another short man about being short. Especially when the other guy is slightly taller than him.😂

Usijifariji Mzee, Kenya ni fukara, that's a fact . Na umaskini unatofautiana sana hata hapa Africa, huwezisema eti Namibia au Botswana au Gabon ni maskini kama Kenya.
We are not same. Ujinga wenu tukisema Kenya ni fukara huwa mnakimbilia kusema hata US Kuna maskini.

Bado ni expensive kwa crate Moja kuuziwa 2700ksh hiyo ni sawa na 54000 kwa kreti Moja ambayo ni almost tsh2835 kwa chupa hapo mmeuziwa jumla ila bei ya Serengeti lager kubwa kwa bei mtaani ni 2000 - 2500 ambayo inakuwa ni ndogo kuliko bei zenu za wholesale.
Serengeti lager kubwa kwa bei ya retail ni sawa na ksh 119

Kumbuka tusker inakuja kwa chupa ya 500mm, Castle lite inakuja kwa chupa ya 330mm. Fanya hesabu zako kama ushawai kanyaga shuleni.

Serengeti kubwa ndo hiyo bei uliyowekewa hapo na crate ya mm500 inauzwa 42,000 tsh sawa ksh 2000 utofauti ksh 700.

By the way, if the commodity prices are comparable to Kenya vs Tz then why you guys feel the pinch for every 5cent price increment for sukari au unga that triggers nationalwide crisis? You are proving a point that affordability is an issue in your country. Ufukara.

Because we are not meek like you. It's not like you don't feel the pinch, you're just cowards. There are rich countries where people take to the streets for price increases. Same way we occasionally go to the streets due to extrajudicial killings. You've never done the same yet the vice is bigger in your country.
