First of all the notion that beer is more expensive in Kenya than in Tanzania is false. A bottle of beer in Tanzania costs around KES 130, a bottle of beer in Kenya costs betweenKES 200 - KES 250 depending on the brand. But the Kenyan beer is sold in 500mm bottle while Tz beer is sold in 330mm bottles. A beer in a 500mm bottle in Tz would cost KES 200. The only country that genuinely has cheap beer is Uganda. It's interesting you're worried about what a unit of beer costs in Kenya when it's literally the same in Tanzania.

Secondly, no normal liqour store sells beer at 400 shillings in Kenya. Even clubs sell beer at KES 300 - 350. If you bought your beer at 400 then you went to a hind end place where you weren't paying for the beer alone but the location too.

Thirdly, focus on your poor country and your corruption. Stop removing specks in people's eyes while there is a log in yours.

The only reasons Kenyans would "flock" to Tanzania for medication is in the case of proximity - where the nearest Tanzanian hospital is closser to them than the nearest Kenyan hospital. It has nothing to do with better healthcare.

Here, this woman was one of the people crossing to Kenya for medication.

I'm sure the 500mm beer in Tz is more expensive. I bought Serengeti and Kilimanjaro all in 330mm bottles and they both cost me an equivalent of KES 130. The only beers I saw in 500mm bottle were tusker and Guiness which I can get in Kenya. I wanted to try authentic Tanzanian beer. The point is, the price is the same.

In Kenya, there are liqour stores that sell beer at the same price. 200 - 250. Then there are pubs that most of the time sell at the price of the liqour store. Then there are clubs that sell at 300 - 350. Then there are high end hotels that sell at KES 400 - 500.

If you have hospitals all over then why were people from your country going to Nairobi for treatment? I took that photo myself. I did not pick it from the internet.
