Patriotism aside, I think what Kenyans need to emulate from Tanzanians because they have done exemplary well is the issue of nationalism. It is easier in Tanzania for any leader/person to rise to the highest public office in the land regardless of his ethnicity. Tanzanians have also a sense of nationhood as opposed to Kenyans, they consider and judge themselves Tanzanians. In Kenya people declare allegiance to their tribe first then the country next and we majorly vote along ethnic lines "mtu wetu" ,regardless of an individual's performance. That is the reason we have bad leadership. Kenya's leadership also need to a learn a thing from Magufuli with regards to fighting corruption menace. Magufuli may have his other weakness which i need not to highlight but I think Uhuru ought to borrow lessons from him with regards to fighting corruption. As for Tanzania, they need to avoid protectionist policies with regard to economic management and welcome all the investors (including Kenyans) with open arms. This is the surest way you can develop your country by taking advantage of smart minds from the outside. The economy must also be structured to be private driven rather than government led, that is a model for success of any country's economy. If i was to judge east african states the only president i admire personally is kagame of Rwanda despite all the negativity he may have such as issues to deal with human rights and democracy-overstaying in power (there is no leader with weakness). But i think Kagame is the only president in East Africa if not in Africa who seem to have a definite vision for his country. Maybe the reason could be because he has tasted effects of bad leadership since he was a refugee in Uganda. For Africa and specifically Kenya my home country to develop and go forward we need visionary and firm leaders like Kagame. In conclusion i think we have a lot to learn from each other in order to lift our countries from third world nations to first world nations. We should shift away our excuse and blame mentality whereby we blame the whites for our own created problems and tackle our issues head on. We must resist corruption, impunity, tribalims, divisiveness and favoritism in order for our countries to excel.

Dar na Nairobi kila mmoja ana weakness na strength zake.. Afu naona picha mnazotupia humu ni ile za sehemu nzuri nzuri tuu na ziko edited balaa. Nai kuna uzuri wake, wako na shopping malls za kutosha, migahawa mingi sana na mizuriii, afu wakenya wana utaratibu mzuri sana wananunua mahitaji supermarket, so hakuna viduka duka vya mangi ile kila kona. Afu pia wako na utaratibu mzuri mnoooo wakati wa jioni kwenye kupanda manyanga (bongo tunaita daladala) , wanapanga foleni wa hakuna kugombaniana usafiri kama wendawazimu. Nairobi kuna gardens na park zenye space ya kutosha zile watu wanaeza chill jua likiwakomesha after hustles za hapa na pale. Nai wana flyovers za magari na za waenda kwa miguu nyingi nyingi kiasi.
Dar kuna mradi wa RBT, kuna coco beach.
Ila all in all tukiacha ushabiki shabiki ule wa kila mwamba ngoma ngozi huvutia kwake... Nai wameipiga bao Dar kinamna flani hiviii....

Asante sana kwa info hii ndugu yangu... Mimi ni MTz na I wish Dar ije kuwa hata kama NY. Nafurahi sana ninapoona mtu unajibu kwa hoja namna hii. Nilichofanya mimi ni ku share opinions zangu. Na ndo maana mwanzo kabisa nikasema kila sehemu kuna uzuri wake na ubaya wake pia.
