With the exceptional of Mezzanine floor that can go to 4m, a tower building usually has a floor of up 3.1 m! That building is not up to 190m!

hvi unategemea mombasa to uganda kwa SGR cost yake itakua sawa na kutoa mzigo dar upeleke mwanza upakue ueke kwenye meli iende port bell tena ibebwe kwenye treni iende kampala

tusijidanganye hata kidogo tumeshindwa vita tukubali, kitu mm nashangaa kama tulijua mombasa ni karibu sana kwann tulikua tunashindana kujenga SGR through bukoba na kutumia njia mwanza to port bell, sijui tulikua tunashindania nn sasa au kwa sasa hakuna ufatiliaji??
Why not the only problem waterway across Lake Victoria inachukua muda mrefu! Ndio maana SGR Isaka-Mutukula section inapaswa kuungana na Kampala kupitia western Part inayotokea Rwanda na kumbuka uchumi wa Ugand una-orient itself na lake Albert region! A more strategic place to connect to!

Awesome. But at the rate we are moving, it's just a matter of time before we take the mantle.
It won’t be easy, have you seen what’s happening in Addis Ababa? Those people are not jocking. Our only hope might be that 85 floor tower at Upperhill that is still waiting for approval.

3.1m is for residential buildings you fool.
1&M tower is 99m with 18 floors. Thats 5.6M per floor.
Let me ask you one thing, when estimating the height of a building given only floor to roof height, don’t you add the slab thickness of each floor? What about the height of the Mezzanine Floor and the ground floor? In my opinion I think they should also be added. So if you assume the floor height will be around 5M I think it’s a bit skewed.

I think that 300M = (Floor to ceiling height x 56)+(Slab thickness x 59)+(Mezzanine height)+(Ground floor height).
