You cannot measure purchasing power na local currency on a local economy. But you can get a hint when you compare your currency to TZS. If you come to Tz with KSh you will get more goods than what you would have got while in Kenya.

Lastly; when we talk of purchasing power in economics we talk about people purchasing power au unafuu wa watu kumudu maisha.
