And it’s on record. Nyerere saw KICC in the 70s and he couldn’t believe such a tall building could exist in Africa at the time . Dar had 10 floor buildings at the time. Remember KICC was the tallest building in East and Central African for almost 30 years till Times Towers came up ( then after, One of those blue Dar towers took over for a short while ). KICC record might never be broken.
