Hivi nyie watu mnapata faida gani. Wote hao raisi Samia na marehemu Magufuli (alipokuwa hai) wanatekeleza ilani ya chama kilichopo madarakani. Magufuli alianza na falsafa ya 'hapa kazi tu' na Samia amekuja na falsafa ya 'kazi iendelee', na anafanikisha miradi yote ya kimkakati iliyoanzishwa na mtangulizi wake pamoja na kuanzisha miradi kama ilivyoainishwa katika ilani ya uchaguzi.
