So you're insinuating that copying everything foreign is the way to go? You might as well go ahead and tan your skin because that's also foreign. A poor person from Kenya is proud of high prices of land that he can't afford? This is nonsensical.

Shida gani wakati nimekueleza huku kwetu watu wako na ancestral land? Ama kizungu ndo inakupiga chenga? While you lease land from the government for 36 years in Tanzania, I own my land for life here in Kenya. Kati ya hawa watu wawili nani ako na shida?

We are not coppying anything. I said that it's by DEFAULT. Mbona hata kizungu rahisi hivi hamwezi elewa? I said that it's by default for big cities like Nairobi to have exorbitant land prices. it's not by design, it's by deault my brother. I even gave examples of other big cities where prices of land is even more expensive than here in Nairobi. And again, si makosa ya Nairobi kuwa regional and continental hub hapa Africa ndiyo price ya land ikuwe juu. Blame it on investors and international companies who choose it over Dar. I hope umenielewa sasa.
