Karen is very cheap compared to Masaki, 1 acer of land in karen is around 45 million Kenya sh and the most expensive one is 75 million Kenya sh which is equal to 1.4 billion Tz shillings,

Venye tu nilisema. There are only two buildings in Upanga under construction currently. There are also three stalled projects.

1. The building with the green net is the same building in the fourth picture behind the White House with a red roofing.

2. The other building in the first picture is stalled, same as the buildings in the second and third picture. Look at the color of the pillars and walls and you will know what I’m talking about.

3. The fourth, fifth and sixth pictures are of the same buildings as of the the one with the green net on the first picture.

4. Seventh and eighth picture are same buildings as of fourth, fifth and sixth pictures.

5. Eighth picture is a stalled project again. Look at the pillars and walls.

Conclusion: There are only two buildings in Upanga currently under construction and three stalled projects zenye hata hamjui zitaisha lini.

Sikua na lengo unikubalie nilichotaka kusema ila ni kukuelimisha na kuumbua uongo wako humu ndani, nani asiekujua kwa ubishi hewa wewe.? 😂😂😂

I guess you used to be bottom in class if that’s your perfect analysis of that video. You keep on repeating pictures of two buildings hili zionekane mingi.

Kinacho i cost Air Tanzania sio kwamba tunanunua ndege sana . Ni matatizo yafwatayo

1. A220s ziko 4 ila ndege hizi sio tu kwa Tanzania bali dunia nzima zimekuwa zikipata shida sana . Hivyo imekuwa shida kupata consitency .Na hii ni tatizo la engine za PW kama unajua A220s ni new planes with new engine types , hii changamoto imeifanya Atcl irudi nyuma

2. Kumilikiwa na TGFA . Air Tanzania sio independent company hivyo it doesnt make its own decision . Kwa vile TGFA ndo owners , managment ya Atcl inaingiliwa sana


3. Kama tutaendelea kununua ndege ila zinatumika efficently sio shida.Plans zilikuwa ku expand routes ila A220s zimeilet down Air Tanzania
