Our old CBD is all area West of TomMboya street, East of Uhuru Highway, South of University way and North of Haile selassie Road, there is photo showing that posted here. We dont even have people living in the downtown area because its a business area too. Compare that with your CBD which is also part of a residential area, you have a long way to go, and why is your government building tall office spaces in Dar when you are moving your capital.

Dar is our commercial city after losing status of capital city since 1974 so all tall buildings will be occupied by companies /business oriented individuals

Take your time to mind your business, stop worrying of things you cannot change!! Even if gov is now shifting to dodoma but still dar is growing fast and the needs of offices building is high
