Mimi kwa uelewa wangu investor ni mtu (au kampuni) yeyote ambaye anatumia pesa zake kufanya miradi au mradi unaonufaisha yeye binafsi au jamii. kwa mfano, jengo la international house pale katikati mwa jiji la Nairobi ni la investor kwa jina Chris Kirubi Mkenya ilhali Britam tower inamilikiwa na kampuni ya Britam which is 80% owned by Kenyans and Kenyan companies. So what exactly do you mean by investor? au kule Dar majengo yote yanamilikiwa na serikali?

Good, TPA is 134m, BOT at a sio kitu so iweke kando, Those 152.8m long PSPFs have a 12m yellow LED dome head tower light so the height of their functional level is 140.8m.
But of course that dome is part of the tower hence 152.8m, just as the spire is part of Britam hence 200m
NB - The tallest building in the world;

Oh Lord! This goal shifting is worse than I thought. What exactly was the argument, huh? the shape, structure, size of the spire or were you arguing down the presence of the spire in the first place.

Burn Khalifa is 828m of which 224m is a spire. Yani spire pekeake in ndefu kuliko the entire Britam, the tallest building in the region and 2nd tallest in Africa. I've never heard any sod in all the international forums claim "Meh, all that height is a spire" Unless you'd like to join one and start such a claim
