1. Eldoret is both an agricultural and industrial hub. It has nearly same number of industries like Dar.

2. The office spaces in Eldoret are well developed. Better than any city away from DAR. That is why it has 26 floor tower. Which can only be found in Dar

3. Eldoret has way better road infrastructure than any part of Tanzania save for Dar

4. Real Estate in Eldoret is way beyond any city in Tanzania apart from Dar

Arusha, and Mwanza, which I have been to personally, are still babies to Eldoret.
