I don’t know about Russian trained but this Kenya Police paramilitary wing aka GSU ( General Service Unit)… Kenya Police has many branches including 2 paramilitary groups.. Their uniform is almost similar to the other Police paramilitary branch..AP ( Administration Police) … the difference is GSU has greenish brown camo while APs have greenish maroon camo…. Both have Specialized units trained either in Israel or the United States…. AP special Forces, Border Patrol Unit and Rapid Deployment unit ( RDU)….whereas GSU have the Israeli trained Recce company… ( known worldwide)…… now you know …
