He argued that the trial of Jesus was unlawful and was demanding that Israel and Italy be held responsible
He filed the lawsuit against Pontius Pilate, several Jewish elders, the Republic of Italy and the State of Israel
Indidis submitted his case to the Kenyan High Court in Nairobi, but it was rejected for not having enough legal standing.
Indidis did not give up,in 2013 he moved to International Court of Justice. The case is yet to be heard and determined.
