Not my words it’s from guys who have stayed in dar for over a year and are now in Kenya and when I say dirt roads inamaanisha un tarmacked roads. And kutukanua does not reflect the reality… just because there are areas that are dirty doesn’t mean there are no other places that are clean and it’s the majority

Mind you, Dar is three times bigger than Nairobi
