This country is really shit and it is going down the drains.

How can you borrow to boost foreign reserves? Foreign reserves come from increased exports which is a subset of a performing economy posting strong GDP figures

But here the reality is upside down GDP figures are rosy but the components of that GDP do not support the data. There must be some wierd economics at play here.
