It's God and not god.ona, like today i decided to take a random test of myself using this HomeBloodPressureMonitor i bought for my wife when she was pregnant, as advised by the doctor.
i rarely check myself, since i knw my number are always within the normal range.
my question is, how often should one perceived to be normal check his BP?, should it be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually, 2years, or as some british journals would say, after 5years!
me, according to wht i think, checking daily, weekly or even monthly will not be counter productive, i'll only overwork myself since i am rest assured of getting almost the such similar normal figures.
i remember when i used to excessively consume alcohol or say getting stressed up, i would get somewhat elevated numbers, but would return back to normal, once i sobered up or calmed down. so their was no cause for alarm, or the need for trying to seek for any medical advice, since my case was only passive. but even though i thank god, i refrained from alcohol.
to tuusan, jiwe la moto, Chamoto, so under such normal sober circumstance, wht would be your medical advice on how often one should have such similar assurance confirmation test, coz i knw i can't afford to do this daily, even monthly... should i even get worried about anythng in the first place?[emoji848]

Ukiwa unamtaja Mungu kama unamuamini kwamba ndiye muumba mbingu na nchi na ni mkuu kuliko chochote mtaje kwa herufi kubwa.
Kama hivi Mungu, BWANA, MUNGU.
GOD,Almight God,or God.
Ukisema god unamdogoisha na kumkosea heshima wakati hapo juu umem-appreciate kwa kukupa afya na uzima.
Samahani lakini siyo jukwaa la dini ila nimetoa usahihisho kidogo.
