Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

You are wierdo who pretends to be in the USA.
How much power ingepotea!
Wamarekani wanapenda sana AC, tena nyumba zao nyingi zina HVAC system(Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), kama za kwenye majengo marefu.

Hakuna aliyekataa, hata mwanzo nilisema hilo.

Ewaaa, sasa tupo pamoja.

These are just average numbers there is more to it.

Humans, are not all cut from the same cloth, that's why it's important to put all other things like vitals, symptoms and conditions into consideration. Someone who is always dehydrated will have a higher heart rate and eventually a higher systolic pressure because blood is more viscous, so the heart muscle has to work harder.

My heart rate is between 48-53bpm, and my systolic BP is around 105 - 120mm Hg (at rest) but I'm also athletic, I run 4 miles (6.4km) in 32 minutes on regular bases. Someone else a 49bpm pulse rate would signal a serious health condition.

Some types of food like garlic, vasodilate blood vessels and lowers the number while others like chilli pepper, vasoconstrict blood vessels and results into the increase in systolic number.

Stress is the major cause of elevated blood pressure levels but most doctors don't want to do their due diligence in figuring out the real cause of the symptom. They just gravitate to prescribing medications to lower the numbers, as the condition worsens they increase the dosage, until they can't prescribe no more.

It's up to us (not waiting for the organizations like WHO) to educate ourselves about our bodies, lifestyle, vital signs and food we eat. That way, we can provide enough information to our doctors to better diagnose our conditions, when needed.
ona, like today i decided to take a random test of myself using this HomeBloodPressureMonitor i bought for mamaake when she was pregnant, as advised by the doctor.

i rarely check myself, since i knw my number are always within the normal range.

my question is, how often should one perceived to be normal check his BP?, should it be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually, 2years, or as some british journals would say, after 5years!

me, according to wht i think, checking daily, weekly or even monthly will not be counter productive, i'll only overwork myself since i am rest assured of getting almost same similar normal figures.

i remember when i used to excessively consume alcohol or say getting stressed up, i would get somewhat elevated numbers, but would return back to normal, once i sobered up or calmed down. so their was no cause for alarm, or the need for trying to seek any medical advice, since my case was only passive. but even though i thank god, i since refrained from alcohol along time ago, sometimes last year october..

to tuusan, jiwe la moto, Chamoto, so under such normal sober circumstance, wht would be your medical advice on how often one should have such similar assurance confirmation test, coz i knw i can't afford to do this daily, even monthly... should i even get worried about anythng in the first place?🤔

Mi siyo mtaalam wa afya bana but your pulse rate and BP looks good.

Pombe hupunguza maji mwilini (diuretic) na kuongeza BP, hivyo ukijuwa BP yako ukiwa under the influence itakuwezesha kujuwa (roughly) kiasi gani cha maji unywe.

Turkish Industry Holdings Vice President Abdulhakim Alici, who made the announcement before President Kenyatta, said Mr. Munuhe “is a testament that Kenya has some of the finest entrepreneurial skills in the world.”
“We met him a while back and in a short time he was able to contribute great value to our corporate global planning,” stated Mr. Alici.
“He has been an important part of our journey to Kenya and will henceforth lead the work that is ahead of us in Africa. We have full confidence that Mr. Munuhe is more than equal to the task that we are bestowing on him today.”
He added that the project will consist of six manufacturing companies, namely; Ceramics and granite, Sanitary hardware, Tissue paper, MDF, Aluminum, and Steel.
Mr Alici further said the investment will directly employ 2,860 people with an additional 45,000 people benefiting indirectly; further that it will pump into Kenya’s economy USD 550 million (Ksh.65 billion) annually.
“It was not easy to marshal an investment of this magnitude, especially as we were unfamiliar with Kenya investment infrastructure,” he said.
“But after a long and rigorous appraisal we became convinced that Kenya is the most attractive investment destination — politically, economically, and geographically — for large scale investments. We became convinced that Kenya offers us the greatest potential.”
