Most rail container terminals use diesel shunting locomotives even if the main line is electric, because loading containers is impossible under electric catenary.

SGR ni rail tu, any train that fits on it can run well, whether powered by electricity or diesel., nikama barabara., gari ya petrol, diesel or electric powered itapita tu., ata tukiwapea mitungi yetu ya chang'aa kama mnavyo ziita, zitakimbia vizuri sana.,

electric energy horsepower is very efficient and user friendly, but it's only shortcoming is that, its so weak. even if you augment it with gears..

Acha ujinga hapa treni ya diesel hiyo ya kwenu inatumia electric motors to run the train kwa umeme unaozalishwa na onboard generator while ya Tz inatumia electric motors pia but source ya umeme ni national grid. Sasa hapo uongo wako wa augmentation na gears kadanganye kina Tony ambao ni watunza hela sio sisi tuliosomea science.
