Wewe una chuki za kike. Kenyan nurses are sought after not just in the UK but other countries as well. I have a relative nurse working in Arkansas, left employment here in Kenya when the opportunity presented itself.

Why Kenya and not Tanzania or any other country in the region? It's about quality, self-drive and other admirable attributes that Kenyan professionals are well-known for. Wewe endelea kulia wakati watu wanaenda kupiga hela

Kwahiyo nyie mmeshamaliza matatizo ya huduma za afya hapo kwenu sio? Number of health workers per population yenu iko vizuri kuliko UK. Ukisikia a typical resource or brain drain ndio hii sasa yani the Government spends millions of shillings creating qualified human resource pool that was supposed to help in revolutionising health services in the country lakini happily mnawapeleka kwa nchi zinazojiweza kiuchumi. Kama UK wana shida ya health workers kwanini wasitangaze scholarships za watoa huduma za afya tenable in UK kwa African countries or Kenya in particular? Why wait others wasomeshe kwa gharama zao wao wajichukulie kiurahisi na kufaidi jasho la walipa kodi wa Kenya hii ni skills poaching ambayo inaturudisha nyuma sisi waafrica. Nurses walioenda UK definitely watafaidika ila nchi itakula hasara.

And do you have unemployed nurses? Ama Tanzania kila nesi ameajiriwa? What's your country's nurse-patient ratio? If you answer these questions, then come back with this essay of yours.

Ninyi uwezo wenu wa kufikiria siku zote ni mdogo Sana, tatizo la nchi zetu hizi ni uwezo mdogo wa kutengeneza ajira kwa wasomi wachache wanaozalishwa nchini, sio kwamba mnazalisha "Nurses" wengi.

Ninaweza kusema kwa uhakika kwamba UK wanazalisha idadi kubwa ya Nurses kila mwaka kuzidi Nurses wote wanaozalishwa katika nchi za EAC kwa mwaka mmoja, lakini bado UK wanahitaji Nurses wengi zaidi, wakati huku kwetu hawana ajira.

Ni ujinga kufikiria kwamba Kenya Kuna Nurses wengi zaidi ya wanaohitajika, tatizo ni uwezo mdogo wa nchi yenu kuwapa ajira, Sasa ufumbuzi wake ni
1)Kuongeza uwezo wa kuwapa ajira na sio kuwapeleka nje ya nchi
2)Kuzalisha idadi ya Nurses kulingana na mahitaji ya nchi
