I know it pains but this bile won't change anything. We are building our sgr on loan because we have the capacity to repay.

Capacity to repay? How come the line ended in Naivasha? Was it not supposed to reach Malaba?

If we didn't have that capacity, hatungepewa that loan in the first place. It's not a donation or a grant of any sort that you are accustomed to.

Usually, a person with a good credit score doesn't need to pawn anything to secure a loan. So how come, a country with "capacity to repay" had to use a port as a collateral to get approved? If that's not enough, how do you explain, Kenyan government not being able to secured another loan, to continue building the line to Malaba?

Back to our topic, how is purchasing power of locals connected to building of a railway by the government? Have you now resorted to shifting goals?

In any functional government, purchasing power of the people is directly proportional to the purchasing power of that country. Any short of that is what's called a failed state.

Talking of Jumia and why it stopped operations in Tanzania, can you share with us how those local companies that "drove" Jumia out of business are fairing?
