MES project ishaisha..maana eventually ndo ita provide 360 dialysis machine ..so washafika 360 dialysis machines??

Plus hii info ya Tz kuwa na 104 Dialysis machine ni ya 2019 march ..and News ya Kenya ni 2021..2 years can change alot..you think budget zote za miaka miwili ..hatujaongeza any Dialysis machine??

Kenya is Balls deep into roads..ni vizuri...

I think Tanzania is more focused kwenye Rails and Ports kuliko roads for now..does not mean we are not constructing any currently..but we have mutiple bigger projects at once..and roads have not been a bigger priority compared to you..

Mwanza..inaweza kuwa inahitaji flyovers on some junctions. but..maybe its not a priority as kumalizia connecting some district to district roads ..Tz is bigger than UG and KE combined ..so alot of people need mutiple services at a time so its hard to focus on a bigger picture of few cities

Fair enough response., though I don't quite agree.., coz Kenya is doing ports na rails na pia county to county connections.., I agree on Tz being bigger and people needing multiple services at a time, same na huku ndio maana kwa sasa finances ziko strained sana, ni wakati wa kupanda in both Tz and Kenya, mavuno ni baada ya kama miaka tano ama kumi kuendelea...,
