Chamoto, like I always tell you, stop arguing like some of your dense brothers here. You know very well for a country to be classified as developed, it needs to meet some parameters. One of those parameters is a GDP per capita of at least $25,000. Russia has a GDP per capita of $11,600 and China has a GDP per capita of $11,800. Both countries need to more than double their GDPs to hit developed status. Those are facts, not opinions so why do you want us to keep on going in circles as if I am arguing with a clod like The best 007 ?

PS...............and yes, Ireland is more developed that China unless you don't understand what the term developed means. Industrial production alone does not determine how developed a country is - the quality of life and income per capita is more important. That's why Austria is developed and India is not. That's why Seychelles and Mauritius are considered more developed than Egypt and SA.

China is not yet a developed country, si hata they started industrializing in the 50's during the era of Mao Zedong. Russia with a HDI of 0.82 is a categorized as a developed country or a developing country . Depends with the metrics.
