with Kenya's actual figures from latest census data that has been availed here, and the estimated annual population growth, what will u say is the current estimation of Kenya's population as at now?.., do the maths uone..,

Infrastructure development is the current trend across many African countries, not Tz alone, pia Nairobi na Mombasa, infrastructure ya kurahisiha usafirishaji inaendelea and it is transforming the city, like the impact Thika super highway brought along Thika road, the bypasses zime course tremendous development along the routes., the developed area ya Nairobi is far bigger than Dar es salaam, kiukweli., drone clips will prove that effectively., or wide angle aerial view. Lately, Dar ime slow down on commercial building developemnt, I dont know why? nijuze kulikoni? even before covid, the slow down was evident..,

Hayati aielekeza zaidi kwenye uwekezaji wa viwanda ukumbuke majengo makubwa ni ya taasisi za serikali...mfano kuna kiwanda cha viatu kule moshi,kuna kiwanda cha sukari kinajengwa Moro pamoja na sina nyingine za uwekezaji kama izo..kingine serikal ilivyohamishiwa Dodoma nguvu kubwa imeelekezwa uko esp kwenye suala la majengo....Dar imebaki na wafanyabiashara zaidi serikal imehama...ila kwavile Dar ndio kitovu tutegemee hali kurudi Sawa muda wowote
