As far as i know, Lamu is not 90% complete even the first berth having no cranes and necessary machinery and containers Godowns!

Cranes is not part of the construction bwana. Wakati contractor anapewa kazi anaambiwa ajenge berths na container terminals. Mambo ya kuagiza cranes ni jukumu la Kenya Ports Authority na wala haimhusu contractor. Kwa hivyo contractor akisema kuwa ujenzi umefikia 90% basi yeye anaangalia mambo ya berth na container terminal pekee. Akimaliza anafunga virago na kuenda nyumbani. Ujenzi unakuwa umekamilika. Hata cranes zisiponunuliwa kwa miaka kumi bado ujenzi utakuwa umekamilika

Lamu port's quay length = 400 metres × 3 berths = 1,200 metres (1.2 kilometres).

Tanga port's Chongoleani is poised to be the biggest oil terminal in the region! Tell them to stop lying to u! That shade roof is not samawati color that's dark blue color and it looks an office to me as there r floors!
