you are wrong, I dont hate Tanzania at all, have never, just because I argue against some of your(Tanzanians) lies and strongly discredit your opinions doesn't mean I hate Tz, I have good friends from Tz who know am here in this forum, no hard feelings at all. I dont trust the world bank 100%, I have developed critical thinking abilities, and am good at research I know Tz better than most noise makers here from Tz, sometimes am just having fun ju I cannot argue with an idiot on the same level., now tell me, "kwa pesa za ndani narrative" how your government is able to pull that, with public knowledge of the annual revenue collection which is not sufficient to finance your recurrent budget..,

You need to be specific when you’re talking about budgets! How our government is able to pull what???? What kind of financing are you insinuating?
