Kenya is one of the most technologically developed countries in Africa and probably the leader in the East Africa region where it has gone further and joined the few countries in Africa which directly apply it (technology) in governance of the country to provide best services to it's citizens (Through the Huduma number).

From the latest rankings of the top ten countries with the highest internet users done by the African Full Facts Kenya was placed in the third position, here is the list;

1. Nigeria 126.08 million internet users

2. Egypt 49.23 million internet users
3. Kenya 46.87 million internet users

4. South Africa 36.54 million internet users
5. Algeria 25.43 million internet users

6. Morocco 23.74 million internet users
7. Tanzania 23.14 million internet users

8. Ethiopia 20.51 million internet users
9. Uganda 18.50 million internet users

10. Sudan 13.50 million internet users
From this rankings Kenya has surprised Africa because it has a population of 47 million people according to the 2019 census meaning only 2.5% do not use the internet.

System ya Tanzania mbona inafanya vizuri kuliko Kenya kwa gharama ndogo sana, kazi kuu ya serikali yoyote ile, iwe ni serikali kuu au serikali ya majimbo ni kutoa huduma za jamii na kutoa ulinzi kwa jamii

Katika kutoa huduma za kijamii nchi nzima kama vile, barabara, maji, umeme, afya, ulinzi, mifumo ya umwagiliaji maji mashambani, shule, masoko, yote haya ukilinganisha Kenya na Tanzania, utagundua kwamba Tanzania imefanikiwa sana kupeleka huduma za kijamii vijijini kuliko Kenya.

Wakati huo huo Tanzania imefanikiwa kuepuka athari za huo mfumo wa ugatuzi kama vile:
1)Gharama kubwa za kuendesha serikali za majimbo
2)Kusambaa kwa rushwa mashinani
3)Ukabila
4)Kupungua kwa mshikamano wa kitaifa

Hii system ya ugatuzi sisi tuliijaribu enzi za Nyerere na tukaona haiwezi kufanya kazi katika mazingira yetu. Kenya mkiendelea na hii system tegemeeni kukua kwa deni la taifa kwasababu pesa yenu mnayokusanya ni kwa ajili ya kulipa viongozi wenu, hakuna pesa itabaki kwa ajili ya Development projects na kutoa huduma za jamii, mtaendelea kukopa tu

Look at the bigger picture not being narrow minded
Devolved system of government has negatives and positives but the positives outweigh the negative on the beam balance
Kenya should move forward to a true federal republic
