If you are doing pavements now in your CBD, what other urban planning do you have in Nairobi. I know developers are doing a Great Job, But those responsible for other important supporting infrastructure are the one need to Improve in your Country.

Haha that's where you go wrong. ASSUMPTIONS. Go through the manual on urban roads in Kenya and footpaths are part and parcel of the whole road infrastructure. What is being done to the NMT facilities in NBO is UPGRADING. They existed before.

Also, urban planning is very diverse it's not just limited to "roads". For a start, I'll bring you some of the laws governing urban planning in NBO, that have to be abided to.

It's clear for all to see that Dar's urban planning is poor, with evidence of no ZONING of areas. Dar is hapharzadly developed. For example, you guys have sprawling unplanned houses right next to the CBD. PONDER that.

There is however room for improvement when it comes to Urban planning in both cities.

It is not Covering BRT, It is covering the Existing roads to be transformed to BRT lanes .

So, the BRT CORRIDOR 😑. It only covers the BRT corridor. How disappointing.
