Tatizo ni kuendekeza vyakula vyenu vya kijinga jinga vyenye mafuta na kemikali nyingi bila kuzingatia lishe bora.

Dume zima linakula chipsi, kuku mataira, pizza, baga, mayai feki n.k wakati huo huo halizingatii;

Mazoezi, kutojipa stress, kujiamini, kunywa maji mengi, kucheki afya mara kwa mara na hata matumizi mabovu ya mwili kwa kuendekeza starehe mara kwa mara na mipombe kali.
Vyakula vyangu mi na nani? umeambiwa kila mtu JF ambaye hali ugali basi anakula chips na pizza? Naona unakuja na personal attacks za kijinga labda imekugusa sana moyo, em nenda kwenye kioo jiangalie lazima utakua na man boobs.
