TTCL Corporation: Support thread (Maswali, ushauri na malalamiko)

Worst experience on internet & customer service in Arusha region, been 2 weeks my internet connection has been disconnected. Even after renewing my subscription no changes. And now no one is picking up calls.
 
TTCL badilikeni kwakweli ,mnakuwa kero sana
Huduma zenu hamtoi bure mjue hilo , watu wanalipia
Yani mtu anaomba mje muunganishie fiber Internet na terminal yenu ipo mita 10 na alipo alafu office zenu zipo umbali wa vituo vya basi 4 na mteja alipo
Mnachukua wiki zaidi ya mbili kuja kila siku mnakuja mnakuja ,
Pili swala.la.kukata internet bila reminder wala garce period ya siku 3 ambazo utamchaji mteja bado nalo linawashinda ?
Tatu , utaratibu wenu mpaka mtu aje anunue vocha hapo kwenye office Yenu aendelee kupata internet yani atoke aliko aje hapo kijiyo nyama au mlimani city ni kuboa kwakweli kwani hakuna control namba mtu analioia tu kila mwezi kama ilivyo nssf au dawasco inakuwa ni acc namba ?

Kwenye swala la internet yenu ya fiber kwa mwezi unalipa kabla , mbadilike sana muwe kibiashara wenzenu wanakubali credit siku 30 ndio unalipa bill nyinyi hamna kabisa alafu wenzenu wanatuma reminder ya bill nyinyi hamtumi wala kumkumbusha mteja kama umenuunua 14 dec 2021 nyinyi ikifika 14 jan mnakata wala hata kutuma email na grace period ya siku kazaaa . kwakweli hapo bado sana hamko kibiashara

Husumq mbovu recurring fault kila siku hawarekebishi yani ma eng wao hawajielewi kabisa.
