Jurgen Klopp, is a very good human-being, a down-hearted person, kwa mtu yeyote yule ambaye ameishi naye, amefanya kazi naye au amekutana nae, am 100% sure ukimuuliza kuhusu Klopp, hatakuwa na jambo BAYA lolote lile kusema/kuongea kuhusu Klopp, thats how good of a human-being he is.
Its not bad, being a good person ni kitu kizuri sana, but weakness kubwa ya Klopp ni kushindwa kutenganisha his personality, as a normal person & as a football manager.
As a person, hata kwenye majukumu yetu ya kila siku, ili kuweza kufikia malengo yako na kuweza kuya-maintain, unahitaji kuwa a very sharp & good decision maker na zaidi unatakiwa kuwa ruthless katika kuondoa na kudhibiti vizingiti au changamoto ambazo zinaweza kukuzuia kutimiza au ku-maintain aina ya mafanikio unayohitaji.

Our manager ana attachment issues, na hii yote inatokana na his good hearted & emotional personality, its no secret kuwa if it was up to him, wachezaji kama Emre Can, Coutinho, Gini, Takumi, Origi, Shaqiri, Mane etc, bado wangekuwepo at LFC, wachezaji wote hawa kwa namna moja ama nyingine waliamua kuondoka wenyewe, Takumi, Shaqiri, Origi wanted more game time, Emre & Coutinho wanted OUT, Mane had a better offer at Bayern, FSG refused to match it, Klopp had to choose between him & Salah, same kwa Gini, FSG refused to give him a 3 year-deal, and when FSG & Edwards wanted to do the same kwa Hendo, Klopp had to intervene, hakuwa tayari kuwapoteza both Gini & Hendo, wakati in reality ilikuwa ni muda muafaka wa kutowapa new contracts, because team ilikuwa inahitaji ku-evolve.

Lets say, Keita can be useful as he's better than those other 5 stooges, but he's getting benched for Henderson, for apparent no reason, Keita can provide more than Henderson now, but we are throwing games away because of emotional attachments.
Its 17th january na bado hakuna dalili ya kununua MF, Klopp bado anaamini his stooges can bail him out, we are getting humiliated week in, week out, because of our crap MF, but Klopp still thinks Henderson can win games for him, this is emotional blindness, World Class Coach hatakiwi kuwa hivi.
Kwenye kila presser huwa anasema transfer window siyo solution, then whats the solution? Curtis Jones? Arthur Melo? whats the solution? sticking with 433? whats the SOLUTION?
Again, a serious coach with a winning mentality, angekuwa active kwenye market now, anahangaika kutafuta 2 MFs, kama Caicedo ni too pricey (Bloom wants 75m), move on Khepren, Kone, Ugarte, Le Fee etc are out there for good and affordable prices, its not the end of the world kama tutamkosa Caicedo, just get a new blood in, our MF is dead.

NO, we needed a MF, we needed a runner, second ball winner, transition master, counter presser etc, we needed a midfielder, not an attacker.
