So looking back, at Henderson career, kuanzia 2011 mpaka 2019 (8 STRAIGHT YEARS), he has proved to be a failure, he had to wait for 3-4 years to record his best goal tally & assists playing as a B2B, his seasons (2015/16, 16/17, 17/18, 18/19), were below average, and its not a rocket science, kuwa tangu amepewa u-captain hata kile kidogo alichokuwa anaki-offer kikapotea, as the armband was/is too big for him, and amefail ku-embrace pressure yake kabisa, na kufanya a-resort kwenye ku-play safe ili akwepe criticisms.

Klopp got his wishes, baada ya 2 years at LFC, napo ni baada ya kuuzwa kwa Phil, ndiyo tukampata VVD/Alisson, then akaja Faby & Keita, bila kusahau kina Ox na Shaqiri. and tunatakiwa TUKUMBUKE kuwa soon baada ya USAJILI wa kina VVD/Fabinho/Alisson/Ox etc we bacame TITLE CONTENDERS, and won the CL. kabla ya hapo Klopp alikuwa na Kina Henderson and hawakumpa chochote, untill tulipo-sign WC players, and its funny because he went on and buy the likes of Ox and Keita ambao wote wanacheza kwenye role ya Henderson, and hapa nataka nikuulize swali, kwa form aliyokuwa nayo Ox msimu wake ule kabla hajapata majeruhi kwenye game ya AS roma, na kabla ya Faby kuja, unadhani asingeumia, na uwepo wa Faby kwenye DM role, Klopp angemchagua nani kati ta OX au Hendo katika kum-partner Faby? because we all know kuwa Faby & Gini ndiyo first 2 names za kwenye MF ya Klopp (they're undroppable), lets be realistic.

You can say, i hate Henderson, but to be honest with you, i dont. because sina sababu yeyote ya kumchukia, he's a very good person with a strong personality, but the truth is he's a weak link in our perfect team, the truth is, anafanya players wengine wapate unfair judgements kutoka kwa english pundits and jornos, mfano yesterday he had a very poor game, Lallana was very poor too, & Gini was bad aswell, but scapegoat alikuwa ni Gini pekee, (because he's black & foreigner), kwa performance ile ya Henderson jana, ingekuwa ni Keita/Ox kungekuwa na lot of articles, simply because they're black players, kama kungekuwa na fair judgements & criticisms, unadhani fans wangekuwa wanahangaika na Henderson/Lallana/Lovren etc? unakumbuka Matip alivyokuwa anaonekana NOT GOOD ENOUGH kwasababu ya injuries za mara kwa mara? kuwa watu walitaka auzwe kabisa, but look at him now, na watu waliokuwa wanataka Matip auzwe, ndiyo hawa hawa wanatukana watu wasioona ubora wa Henderson kwenye team.

Nataka nikwambie kitu, hawa managers/Players ni just employees kwenye club, hence wana-uwezo wa kuondoka muda wowote kwenye kwenye clubs nyingine kwaajili ya maslahi zaidi, Then kuna wewe shabiki/supporter ambaye hunufaiki kwa vyoyote na hali ya kiuchumi ya club zaidi ya furaha ya makombe, na zaidi zaidi wewe ndiyo unatoboka pesa kwenda Anfield/kununua club's merchandise/kulipia membership vouchers etc, kama siyo hivyo unatoa pesa kwa kulipia decoders/football pubs/online streaming etc.

So, at the end of the days, managers/players wataondoka watakuacha wewe na LFC, hii club imeshuhudia managers kama Shankly/Paisley/Daglish/Souness/Evans/houllier/Benitez/Rodgers, players/legends, kutoka kwa kina Molby to Barnes to Fowler to SG na mpaka sasa tuna kina VVD, wote hao walikuwepo, wameondoka lakini CLUB imebaki na FANS wamebaki. siku Klopp ataondoka, ataenda kufundisha Club nyingine na kutuacha na LFC yetu, siku hawa kina Mane/Salah wanaogombanisha fans wataondoka na kutuacha na LFC yetu, because they're just employees, leo hii Klopp akikutana na Dortmund kwenye CL hawezi kuionea huruma kisa tu ni legend pale, au next time in the near future, akikutana na LFC akiwa na club nyingine hawez kutuonea huruma kisa tu alitupa mafanikio, because COACHING is his Job, ni kama Bankers/Lawyers/teachers/engneers or any other businessman. so what we need to do ni ku-appriciate kile wanachofanya kwaajili ya Club yetu kwa wakati uliopo, na kama kuna vitu wanafanya haviipendezi au vinaumiza Club ni lazima tuziseme pia kwasababu athari zake tutabakia nazo sisi mashabiki na club, wenyewe wata-move on kwenda kwenye clubs nyingine kutafuta mafanikio zaidi.

For the past, 7-8 years tangu 2009, club ilikuwa kwenye dark days, ni kipindi ambacho tuli-struggle kupata good players/kumaliza top 6-7/kubattle relegation/WC players kutukimbia etc, na hiki kipindi hao wachezaji mnaosema wanafanya kazi zao uwanjani vizuri walikuwepo, lakini walishindwa kuisaidia team, hii yote inatokana na mizizi mibovu iliyoachwa na Benitez/Hicks & Gillet, na ndiyi ilifanya tuwe a nothing club, kwa kipindi kirefu sana, sasa mimi huwa nashangaa sana kuona fans mkiwa mnakumbatia mediocrity, bila kuangalia future ya Club, kama mnashindwa kumtumia Klopp atengeneze misingi imara ya team, ni kocha gani atafanya hivyo? unadhani mchezaji talented kama Naby Keita aki-flop itakuwa ni hasara kwa nani? unadhani Keita aki-flop, FSG watakubali tena kumpa hela klopp ya kusajili another 60m CAM wa miaka 22-23? kama tu walimfukuza Damien Comolli kwa signing ya Hendo, unadhani watamuangalia vipi Klopp akiwaambia kuwa "aaaah! Keita has been a failed project, so we need to find another player of his calbre", y'all need to understand ni kwanini klopp anachukua muda sana ku-adjsut big money players kwenye his first team, ni kwasababu anaogopa sana wasi-flop.

So, as a fan, you'd need these talented players to succeed under Klopp, ili akiondoka, kocha mwingine akija asiwe na sababu ya kuwa-drop au kuleta yale mambo ya "filosofi" mpya. y'all need to think kuhusiana na maisha baada ya Klopp, and mjue kuwa pamoja na uwepo wa good manager but WC players ndio wanao-play huge part kwenye mafanikio ya team uwanjani kutokana na ku-master vizuti set-ups za managers.

Man am a worried fan thinking Hendo will be here when the hier to the Klopp throne SG take the sit at last... If that happens I expect Hendo to be in the team... There is something about this Brits managers and their fellow Brits...
Fsg are in this business to make money as their main target sio abt the trophies or anything but they damn well know this Liverpool as brand will fetch more money when we win the trophies and more so the much sort EPL...winning the UCL was so cool to them as investors and having tasted that they won't settle for nothing more than more trophies... For Trophies to come investment in players, the training grounds, better salaries, buying new players etc has to be top notch and we can't fault Fsg for not supporting Klopp... With a fully fit Ox, Keita and Matip we are damn unstoppable... Now the ball is in Klopp side to bring the success.. Keita injury need to be managed otherwise its lots of chums we spent on this guy...

How they manage to keep this recurring injuries not happening is th main challenge..

As a club we have come far almost going bankrupt under Hicks and Gillet and now making super profit and attracting super talent such as Surez, C10, Allison, Mane, VVD etc... Previously we were buying trash players who could not challenge seriously for top top trophies like UCL, Super cup, EPL, World club cup...

I disagree SG apewe timu just because he is a club legend but man seems the brexit media namely Echo and Mirror plus top real Reds in UK wamesha endorse this legend to take over from Klopp..

My take would be get Jurgen to sign another extension but his agent and Klopp himself seem already decided to stay on for 7 years...

Steve should be judged by what he is doing at Rangers and not the legend icon part...

I would choose Diego, Allergri or Conte over Steve any day of the week...

Gini anachezeshwa nyuma ya Hendo i.e. katikati (CM) akisaidia kukaba zaidi kuliki kushambulia coz klopp ameshambatiza Kuwa defensive minded.

But Hendo kimkakati alipaswa Kuwa na ststs bora kuliko Gini au Mido yeyote ile ya Liverpool kwani anachezeshwa kwenye more advanced role (Namba 8) ambaye analink kati ya Gini-Fabi na Front 3.

But due to his weak football skills anashindwa kuyaelewa majukumu yake.

Nakubaliana na wewe Kuwa Gini ni average player! But hatuna replacement kwasasa kwani mbadala wake pekee aliyepo kwenye bench ni Keita ambaye pia hasomeki kwani ana miguu ya vigae.
