Last season, it was a 2-horse race (us & City), but this season nadhani Spurs will join the party. and its going to be very very very tight at the top..

Ndombele and Keita ni players wanaofanana sana kiuchezaji, but Keita is slightly better because of his dribbling skills & goal-scoring ability. but mpaka sasa bado hatujamuona Keita tunayemuhitaji because "he's getting adjusted". Man, people will tell you ni kwasababu ya Injuries, but ni games ngapi ambazo ali-miss sababu ya Injuries last season? comparing na games ambazo aliachwa bench kwasababu ya kuwa "adjusted?" Keita alianza kupata consistent setbacks kuanzia march/April, and his huge setback ilikuja baada ya ile game dhidi ya Barca at Camp Nou, alipoumizwa na Raktic, na ndiyo injury inayomsumbua mpaka sasa, but kipindi chote cha nyumba (80%), alikuwa anawekwa bench kwasababu ya kuwa "adjusted", umeona Poch anachofanya kwa Ndombele? kwenye game ya kwanza dhidi ya Aston Villa alikuwa na first half mbovu sana, but Poch didnt sub him off, na jana kamchezesha kwenye game kubwa dhidi ya City and he had a very good game, lile goal la Lamela ilikuwa ni kazi ya Ndombele, but at LFC, i remember Keita kwenye game yake ya kwanza dhidi ya West ham, he had a very good game and after series of other good games, akaja kuwa na game ya wastani dhidi ya Leicester, and hatukumuona tena kwenye starting line up for a while, kwa kigezo cha kuwa "he's getting adjusted", unamu-ajdust vipi mchezaji kwa kumuweka Bench?? 55m investiment. you can say the same kuhusu Pep na Rodri, angeweza kumchezesha Gundogan as a 6 kama alivyokuwa anafanya kwenye baadhi ya game last season, but No, kamuingiza Rodri moja kwa moja kwenye role, thats how you adjust talented players, because they just need "minutes" to prove their worth.


Spurs, spent 90 minutes trying to contain that City's midfield, and walifanikiwa (Yes, they got outplayed in possession), but they managed the tempo vizuri sana, and that shows wamejiandaa vipi na huu msimu. so as a sportsman you gotta give props to Poch and Pep for y'day game, it was a good ride, me ni fan wa "end to end" games. ndo maana huwa nasubiria kwa hamu sana games za LFC Vs City/Spurs/Arsenal/Leicester/Bournemouth/Westham and now Nuno's Wolves, because kwenye hizi games Klopp huwa anarudi kwenye his old self na ku-let everything flow, haha!

problem is he's prone to committing goal conceding mistakes when pressed by the opposition - I think this is where Klopp has a problem with him.
his defensive attributes are flawed and he needs to improve on that.

unakumbuka home game vs Soton last season alikuwa substituted half time kila mtu alishangaa? alikuwa ana perform vizuri sana offensively but the team was being starkly left wide open on multiple occasions.

I see "immature" people still hating on individuals wanaotoa props kwa Pep Guardiola.

Man, nakumbuka i used to hate Sir Alex Ferguson a lot, God atanisamehe because ilifika kipindi nilikuwa natamani jamaa afe, why? because the guy was winning everything, he was on top of English football for over 22-23 years, Wenger/Mourinho/Houllier/Benitez/Carlo etc, fought him, won the battle occassionaly, but the WAR? he always came on top.

But, as i grew older, nikaanza kuona the greatness of Sir Alex, he was a genius man, one the best coach, if not the best coach i've witnessed in my life. sometimes you gotta give props kwa watu aina ya Sir Alex, and let not lie to ourselves, we'd kill to have him at LFC, we'd kill kwa mafanikio aliyoipa Utd over the years. Period.

So, i dont understand, napoona a "grown" man anachukia watu wanavyotoa Props kwa Pep, the guy is a top top coach man, and his CV is there to see. why unamchukia mtu ambaye ameshinda trophies kila sehem aliyoenda kufundisha? cant you just be inspired? this dude ameshinda 2 EPL titles mfululizo with 198 points, Fergie/Mou and a prime Wenger hawajawahi ku-pull that shit off, why cant you be inspired? nitaelewa kama mtu atakuwa hampendi Pep kwa ajili ya Upinzani tu, but kuchukia kisa anapewa props? thats stupid. Football, ni game of ideas, na ideas zinabadilika kulingana na game inavyokwenda, so managers wanatakiwa kubadilika na mfumo wa ideas uliopo sasa, ndiyo maana young managers (Pep/Klopp/Poch/simeone/Nuno/Nagelsmann/Ten hag/Tuchel etc) are running the game now, in term of new ideas and tactics, ni rahisi sana kwa old school managers (Carlo/Mou/Wenger/Bielsa etc), kuwa schooled na kina Ten hag kwasababu ya mnyumbuliko wa ideas mpya, old school managers wengi wanapenda ku-stick na their old model/setups kwasababu ubongo unakuwa hauwezi ku-access new ideas or formalities, ndiyo maana wanatafuta players wa kuendana na ideas zao zile zile. but just because these young managers are on top of the game now, huwez kuja from nowhere na kuanza ku-claim kuwa they're better than Fergie/Mou/Carlo/Wenger etc, because wanatakiwa kufanya kile walichofanya hawa kwenye GAME ili kuwa na strong claim ya kusema kuwa ni BORA zaidi yao, and of all the "Young" managers, ni Pep tu mwenye strong claim ya kusema hivyo, kati ya Fergie/Mou/Carlo/Wenger, ni Fergie tu aliyempita number of trophies (28 kwa 26, excluding community shield, y'all can correct me kama nimekosea kidogo kwenye numbers). and Pep ana miaka 11 tu kwenye hii kazi, why cant we just appriciate him? because like him or NOT, he'll finish his career as the most succesful manager in football history, and we cant do nothing about that.

Yes, i agree 100% kuwa Klopp angekuwa na mafanikio kama ya Pep kama naye angepita kwenye Clubs alizopita Pep na kutumia a lot of money, but he chose to be a "Miracle worker", and thats him, you cant force him to change, nobody is forcing him to stick with Henderson or Milner in the first XI, nobody is forcing him to have a small squad, and nobody forced him to join us wakati Utd/Bayern and Madrid walikuwa wanamuhitaji, its just him. so dont blame him kwa kuamua kuwa alivyo and dont compare him na manager mwenye bigger CV. and Pep was once quoted kuwa "he wants quality over quatity", and quality costs a lot of money.

Pep, prefers possession footie, and players wenye hii ability ni rare na wana-coast a lot of money, Juzi tu hapa Klopp alikuwa anahitaji Possession players and guess what we spent more than £200m kwa 4 based possessional players (Alisson/VVD/Faby/Keita). but we're calling Pep a cheque book manager, the issue is good players costs a LOT of MONEY.
