For one, it's hard to shake off the accusation that going after him like that isn't politically motivated.

Two, I don't think Tundu Lisu can prove that Paul Makonda is not Paul Makonda but rather he is Daudi Bashite.

So this whole going after him thing is a big 'ol dog and pony show that will yield nothing in the end.

It is just gimmickry that will score a few political popularity points for CHADEMA [yes...TLS is now an auxiliary wing of CDM].

Yea! Of course there are some commentators that very wrongly claim that the TLS's initiative is politically motivated solely on account that the TLS president is an opposition MP! Pathetic!

It is purely political if TLS didn't want to tarnish their Image they could have asked any of their members to open the Case but not to Open the Case as TLS. there are Serious Image risk for TLS to be involved as a society. Was this move approved by TLS members or was just a minority governing board decision? In major decision like this members were supposed to be consulted and extra ordinary meeting convened to get approval from members. Governing council erred they didn't do risk analysis to check whether there is any risk be reputational or whatever before approving and moving ahead.

From my point of view TLS governing council don't know their duties they are Just their to rubber stamp what Tundu Lissu says or dreams.

I wish you could switch sits with TL ,since he has become president of tls,he 'jokes' alot..

Yes TLS presida, the issue is that, were the crime committed? We can't turn our back on crime just because minority connect claimants with politics, It's ridiculous to by pass crime done by high ranked people while at a time punishing fry the same manner of act, won't that be dictatorship state?
