If anybody thinks that Tundu Lissu and his TLS governing council are wrong about sending Makonda to court he/she should reply to what Lissu has said. They should not start talking about Mbowe or say Lissu is a criminal. What matters is an answer to the question: Are they legally correct? If so then the case should continue. And if you think that Mbowe or Lissu (or anyone else for that matter) has broken the law you are legally entitled to send them to court

I real respected the status of TLS as a legal and allowable autonomy but it is tremendously showing political affiliation soon as tundu lisu came into power as unethical president.
Everything he does is inclined with politics ad of course the illegal and unfair politics sowing the so called zero sum game.

Lisu is loosing his credibility as time goes just because of subdueing to his political party or rather making his mbowe hapy at any cost.

Just like Makonda's so called war on drugs....I don't see this going anywhere.

For one, it's hard to shake off the accusation that going after him like that isn't politically motivated.

Two, I don't think Tundu Lisu can prove that Paul Makonda is not Paul Makonda but rather he is Daudi Bashite.

So this whole going after him thing is a big 'ol dog and pony show that will yield nothing in the end.

It is just gimmickry that will score a few political popularity points for CHADEMA [yes...TLS is now an auxiliary wing of CDM].

This is really foolish,why don't we complain that the RC's and DC's,RAS's,etc are the auxiliary wings of CCM,how about Police force? They mostly violate the laws as they float on the top down instructions.

Defend himself before you? That cannot happen because he is a president's appointee, who is also his immediate boss. And if you have his fake certificates just avail them to NECTA for verification. NECTA has been asking people to formally lodge complaints about any person whom they think is using fake certificates. Instead of availing the information to NECTA, they are here complaining and claiming to sue somebody. It is a wastage of time, and more so politically motivated. But I assure you, no one will score political points through this issue.
