Jiko la mkaa, chungu vinaongeza ladha ya chakula. Maharage au mchuzi uliopikwa kwenye chungu hauwezi kufananisha na kitu cha sufuria.

Nafikiri namna ya nishati ya joto inavyopenya na kuivisha chakula, kuna tofauti sana kati ya jiko la gesi, rice coocker zinatofautiana japo vyakula vyote vitaiva.

Ndio maana mkaa utatumia muda mrefu kulinganisha na umeme na hapo ndio siri ya mahanjumati ilipolala.
upo sahihi mkuu, ni kwamba hapo kuna long wave and short wave ndio maana kuna tofauti kati ya ladha ya mkaa na nishati zingine katika kupika ingawa mnaweza kuweka viungo sana au mpikaji ni yule yule na viungo vilevile ila ladha ikawa tofauti

Mimi naamini kwenye upishi wa wali ni kama inatengemea na mikono ya mtu, ukipika kwa rice cooker wali unatoka vizuri sana, unakuwa kama vile umejichambua chambua hivi unakuwa mtaam, ukikutana na demu wa Tanga au Mpemba aiseee anakupikia kitu kitamuuu, hadi ufikiria labla ni mpishi wa The Gleneagles Hotel.....

Mimi bwana huwa napikia wali kwenye Rice Cooker lakini juzi nimeenda kumtembelea dada moja ni Mzenji wali wake kwenye mkaa na wakati unapikwa nikasikia harufu ile nzuri nzuri kabisa na wali wake ulivyotoka aisee niliona kabisa utofauti na ule wa Jiko la mzungu. Sasa wadau ili wali uwe vizuri ni lazima nifanye mabadiriko au mimi ndiyo sijui kupika ???
Kutokujua kupika mbali, ila muhimu uelewe kila aina ya jiko ina ladha yake ya chakula. pia kila aina ya chombo unachopikia kinaleta ladha tofauti. Sufuria, chungu, mwiko wa mbao, chuma....

Always chakula kitamu hakitaki pupa.ndo maana mm huwa napenda kupika wali kwenye jiko LA mkaa coz unaiva taratibu. Yaani unachambuka vizuri. Nakuwa nimetoa kitu wali na sio ubwabwa.
