Blues planning £75m Havertz bid
The Daily Mail reports that Chelsea have stepped up their interest in securing Havertz's signature and are ready to launch a £75million bid to lure him to Stamford Bridge.
It is claimed that Chelsea, despite knowing that they face stern competition to land his signature, are desperate to add him to Frank Lampard's squad and have identified him as a player that they want.
Chelsea and Real Madrid offers
According to reports in Spain, Bayer Leverkusen have received two offers for Havertz.
One is an €80million (£72.3million) offer from Real Madrid and the other is from Chelsea which is said to be in the region of €88million (£79.6million).

“Unfortunately it's another answer from me, that that is not something I want to broach at this moment in time,” Lampard said.
“My focus is completely on the game. So, I don't want to give you any ifs, buts or maybes for the summer, my focus has to be on the here and now.”
