Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

So does it mean that if a place is located far from the cbd then it should have linear development? Kilimani is far from the cbd but still isn't developed along a single road like Kijitonyama
There are several roads in upper hill lined with tall buildings but Kijitonyama has only one road with such development. The only tall building in Upperhil 15 years ago was Rahimtula towers but today upper hill is a vibrant financial center hosting regional and continental offices.

The point is, Upper hill is a relatively new district in Nairobi just like Kijitonyama in Dar but their level and style of development are worlds apart

Hahaaa!!haya toa barabara, majumba je?

Kijitonyama is mainly a residential district with narrow roads, turning into a business district. Have you looked at how Sheikh Zayed road looked like in Dubai, back in the 90's?
Hivi ndivyo kijitonyama inavyoonekana kwa nyuma.
