I know land is cheap is Dar and you can manage to get "kiwanja" as you call it for a few thousand shillings. Interestingly, you still end up building a dream house despite the cheap cost of land which begs the question: what is limiting you from building a descent house other than the dream house?

Well, that is not the case in Nairobi. The price of land here is so high which explains why most people end up buying apartments. So Susana, the price of land in Nairobi huwezi afford and even if you can, huwezi pata kibali ya kujenga dream house huku. So thank you Susana, just stay in Dar where you can afford kiwanja
