Barbier-Mueller Museum Returns Stolen Makonde Mask to the National Museum of Tanzania

Under the auspices of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), the United Republic of Tanzania and the Barbier-Mueller Museum of Geneva have signed an agreement for the donation of the Makonde Mask to the National Museum of Tanzania.

The Barbier-Mueller Museum informed first the International Council of Museums (ICOM) in July 1990, that a Makonde Mask purchased in September 1985 in Paris, might have been removed from the Dar Es Salaam Museum, based on information provided by Prof. Enrico Castelli, of the University of Perugia in Italy.

The donation of the Makonde Mask is the successful outcome of more than 20 years of negotiations and efforts by the two parties involved as well as ICOM's good offices.

You are using the word "old" on an SGR line that is barely two years old. You are using the word "very slow" and you forget that your "bullet train" will be travelling at only 40km/hr faster than our "very slow" diesel trains. If these terms do not remind you how jealousy runs deep in your veins then I don't know what will

The fact that your trains uses old technology but were manufactured few years back, does not make them new. If you go to Hospital and they use non disposable, disposable syringes, even if those syringes were manufactured two weeks back, they are termed as old syringes compared to disposable syringes which were manufactured three months back.

My friend, the difference of 40km/hr, is more than enough to make your trains very inferior to our modern, faster and full automatic superior bullet trains.
